CISION: Island Brands USA Earns a Spot on the Inc. 5000 List of Fastest-Growing Private Companies in America

Island Brands USA, the innovative company with a growing portfolio of clean, superpremium adult beverages that cater to active, socially conscious consumers, is thrilled to announce its debut on the Inc. 5000 list of the fastest-growing private companies in America.

The beverage-industry disruptor stood out among more than 7 million privately held businesses in the U.S. to earn a spot on the exclusive 5,000-company list. The recognition comes five months after Island Brands ranked on the 2022 Inc. Regionals list of fastest-growing private companies in the Southeast that make at least $1 million a year and generate sustainable growth and jobs.

“This is an unbelievable honor for our dedicated, hard-working crew, and we are so grateful to our employees, our customers, and the team at Inc. for the inclusion on this amazing list,” said Island Brands CEO Scott Hansen. “To be joining a group whose alumni include successful companies like Microsoft, Patagonia, Under Armour, and others is such an accomplishment for us as a young and growing company.”

The prestigious Inc. 5000 list, produced every year since 1982, analyzes company data in order to recognize 5,000 of the country’s most booming private businesses. The global acknowledgement that comes with inclusion on the list gives businesses like Island Brands the opportunity to engage with an exclusive community of their peers and the credibility to help drive sales and recruit talent.

Island Brands recently expanded its Gulf Coast distribution footprint and announced a portfolio expansion into high-quality spirits and ready-to-drink cocktails, complementing its lineup of superpremium beers and flavored malt beverages. In addition to new distribution territories and product-line expansions, Island Brands is furthering its mission to give back in meaningful ways. It joined 1% for the Planet, pledging to donate at least 1% of its annual sales directly to approved environmental nonprofits worldwide. Island Brands has raised more than $4.7 million through a successful crowdfunding campaign that is closing soon; visit startengine.com/islandbrands for investment information.
